Hey every one im new to this forum and im running around in circles trying to figure this out,,,,, i have a viper 5000 alarm system and im trying to make it pop my back window on my 89 s-10 blazer.  Im using the red and white wire like is says in the install book but where im stuck is the red and white wire sends out a ground signal so when i hook it up to the relay like you normally would it doesnt do crap all?  Any help would be great... thx josh

Tell us how you wired your relay.... this is more than likely the issue.

Have you checked the output on the trigger from the alarm?

So i was lookin on here and saw how to wire up the starter kill with a realy and it seemed really simple, but then when i grabbed my install guide for my alarm it showed a different way of doing it (i think).

I used the basic starter kill on this site ( norm closed) as my guide.
