I pulled out my center console to fix my headunit. The wires for the LED status light was connected to the center console and got ripped off. There are 2 wires, RED / blue that are sort of twisted. I tried connecting them back together but nothing happens. I can't use my remote to get into my car. Any suggestions? The model is an Autopage RF-315 btw.

Check the alarm fuses, in theory pulling the LED leads without shorting anything shouldn't affect the alarm

I've never checked the blade type fuses. What do I look for? Black coloring? In the glass type fuses I look for burnt parts, it should be the same?
