Hello - Has anyone had problems with this unit from DEI? I installed this unit on a 2005 Civic. The car remote starts fine. The problem is that the original keys for the car won't start the car. I think the problem is with the 555hw. Let me know what you think...

Explain what wires from the 556h did you connect to what?

I wired it according to the diagram that came with the 555hw. The problem is that the wiring states for 2001-2004 models. Doesn't say it's for 2005. Also, the car was starting fine with the ket when first installed. A day later is when it didn't want to start with the keys.

Reconnect the wire that was cut and try to turn on the car?  If it does turn on then it was the module.

the 556H does work for that civic (the manual isnt updated with all the new cars, not sure why)
(second post you said 555hw, hopefully your talking about 556h)
anyways, im confident one of your connection is loose or backwards.

Yes I meant to type 556h. The module somehow went bad. The wire that I cut (ignition) worked fine with the key when I reconnected. The pink & pink/back wires wasn't getting continuity when the ignition was turned on. This was a weird one. Like I said the remote start and the regular key worked fine the day we gave the customer the vehicle. Thanks all for your help!
