I'm replacing a defective alarm system with the K9.  I used the factory keyless entry wires to lock/unlock the doors.  Each wire needs a negative input, and the defective alarm simply has a negative output for each lock/unlock wire.

With the new alarm system, it has 6 wires, 3 for lock and 3 for unlock.  It labels them as #87A, #30, #87, like a relay, but I'm not sure how to use these outputs to get a negative pulse for the factory lock/unlock wires.

Any ideas?  My guess: hook ground up to #30 for common, hook the factory lock/unlock wires to #87 for normally open, and leave the #87A empty?

those 6 wires represent the pins on a standard relay (3 for lock, 3 for unlock)

your locks are negative trigger. so act as if you are wiring a relay. (hint:) you will not use 87a.

87 to ground, and 30 to the input on the car!   85, and 86 are controlled internally.
