Installed a NuStart NUAS-8000 into a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon, Manual Transmission, V6 today. Everything worked well except my bypass did not want to learn. The bypass was an Idatalink ADS-TB-HK. It is compatible with the 2006 and our Tech Support confirmed that it should have worked with this model as well.
Question is, has anyone successfully gotten a remote starter to work without using the 556 Universal Bypass, and if so, what did you use?
Thanks in advance.

Use the Fortin Multi-Import module. The data wire is a pain to get to ( behind the fuse box ) but it works. It's the same wire the iDatalink describes in there wire diagram.
Did the iDatalink module program for you properly ?

Very sorry for the long reply. Yes I managed to get the iDatalink module to work. And yes that wire was a pain to tag. Complications arose during the software download process but it was resolved the following day. Thanks for the reply though.
