I just picked up a Python 990 for my 99 F250 (diesel).  I am crazy to try and do it myself?  It looks a little intimidating with the amount of wires but is it easier than it looks?  Are any of the diodes or resistors required?  If I take it somewhere to get it installed, what should I expect to pay?  I'm located in San Diego CA if anyone wants to help out....

Nathan

If you have ANY experiance at all, you'll manage. It's a tight squeeze to work in though.

If you DON"T have an time under your belt.........well...... Consider your time, whats it actually worth?

Never installed an alarm before.  If it's a matter of just tracing down wires and making connections, I shouldn't have a problem with that.  I browsed through the install guide and it looks as though the only diode needed is for the wire coming from the "wait to start" light.  Is this the only one?
