I want to add a glass break sensor to my alarm. However, I don't see a (-)input on my alarm for additional sensors. It already has a plug in shock sensor, but thats it. What can I do to add the glass break sensor?

I splice the shock sensor and proximity sensor together on the same input all the time. I would try to splice the glass break sensor with the shock sensor. Test it first with a volt meter to make sure you are not shorting anything out first.
You may need a relay if one is + output and the other is -, but that is easy to do.
