Yes that is the correct model, but there are no wireing diagrams for it (limited production car.)  The one diagram I found, is for a 1995 UK version( audi never made a 95 v8 quattro anywhere in the world)

Anyhow, I am installing the DEI/ autocommand  20095. I am stuck in two areas. I need to locate the factory arm and disarm wires, and how to wire up the type E door locks. I have located the factory lock/unlock wire and also configured the alam for double pulse unlock as well as extended pulse (wich I may or may not need....didnt on my 95 a6)

in the manual, I states the harness may need to be modified to use on type e door locks. But it doesnt say what or how to modify...wth?!?!  Do both the alarm lock/unlock wires go to the single lock/unlock wire on the audi? do I diode protect?(seems logical) Do I change the pinout on the alarm plug (two wires/3 slots) Please help. everything else works great. Al

Thank you Profuse, I will check that today after work. and post back. Can you tell me if both wires from the unit (autocommand 20095 seems to be the same as all other DEI 2-way systems) can go directly to the single GREEN/ blue wire? Or should they be relaed/diode? Thanks

I'm confused. About this time Audi went from a one wire GREEN/ blue where the polarity changed from lock to unlock, ie in other words wire as vacuum lock a la M/Benz.

If on the other hand the door tube cables all went to plugs in the kickwells, then you have separate - going lock and unlock,1 pulse only for unlock and extend locking pulse for total close. To test  (you will not damage anything)  use a snap -on 12v lamp tester, run croc clip to ground and probe plug with door latch turned over. If you get lock and unlock it's the second system.
