I installed the Scytek 5100 today. Everything worked fine except for door locks. I can only unlock, but cannot lock. I use the Toyota/Lexus lock diagram. I tripled check the wiring everything is correct. 1 relay and 2 diodes. Unlock is OK but cannot lock. Cannot access to directfax 1070(cannot access to DEI because not a registered user)Please specific instructions here. Can someone tell me any tricks to make to Lock function to work. I hooked up everything correct and connect inside the drivers' door which wil required a double pulse but still not work when LOCK. And please help with the connection using the relay to turn off the auto headlamps. Thank you

Could any one show me to wire a relay that has an ouput more than 200ma for the door locks. I having trouble with lock on the RX300 2001 Lexus. It unlocked fine but won't lock. I search this forum and it said that I might need a stronger ground output.  Please help

Here is how to wire a relay for ground output:

85: Constant fused +12V
86: Negative trigger (negative lock output from controlling system)
30: Ground
87: High current ground output

The wiring diagram that I have used is from Bulldogsecurity. Everything is the same as the one you sent me(Twelvoltz). The only difference is that my diagram doesn't have to two isolated diodes on the connect of the lock wire. I only used two diodes on the unlock and it was connected exactly as your diagram. Will that be the problem there because I missed two other diodes on the lock wire. Or do I need to have a higher ground ouput on this lock wires using a relay. Which one do you recommended. Have you installed this RX 2001 Lexus before Twelvoltz, have you encountered the same problems as me. I do connection on the driver door. Here is my diagram from Bulldog Security:

Don't know if this is relevant but a above driver's kickwell fusebox on IS series is a buff coloured unit, undo the 8mm bolts (2 or 3 can't remember how many ) and remove this box withdrawing the circuit board. Look for two thick tracks and cut them. Make a small hole opposite them on casing, join together with 6" lengths and pull outside casing. Resite board and refit box. These are your motor wires, cut and relay interrupt (aka 5wire system) to control your locks.
