Ok I have a quick question. On the 1700g will I need to hook up the orange wire. It says for vehicle 1 (which the TB is) that this should be connected to a disarm output (-). So on this truck will I need to connect it??
If I do I believe the wire I need off my alarm is this: ORANGE / while -200mA Grounded Output when disarmed.
The alarm is an Autopage RS-727LCD.
So for any of you seasoned veterans, do I even need the orange wire on the 1700G for the 2003 Trailblazer and if so, does this wire sound like the one I need??

Yes, that is the wire that you need. The Trailblazers do have a content theft system that needs to be disarmed before remote starting otherwise the alarm will go off on you.
