2000 civic remote will show unlock but car will be locked and have to use key to open door and the alarm triggered while driving one time thanks for any help

May be that you need to switch the green and blue wires(they may be backwards) and also you would need to connect your brake wire. If you start driving and the car is still in remote start mode the alarm will go off.
