Hi everyone .This is my first time here and looks like a great site.  I just bought a brand new 2007 chevy siverado  new body  style. and need some help.

I just got done installing a Spal power window kit and a power lock kit. But I'm not sure ware to get my bat power and switched Bat Power from? I really don't want to go through the firewall but if i have to i will. Ware is the best place to grab switched and constant 12 volts from ? Should i be getting it from the wires leading to the ignition switch? or elsewhere?  Thanks in advance .

Constant power is found at the fuse box on the driver's side dash. You can find the switched ignition as well there.
