So i just installed a Viper 791 in my 08 Scion xb. everything works great other than when the car has been remote started then i hit unlock. the alarm deactivates but the doors do not unlock. they do unlock normally. please any help??

Factory transmitter.....right?

Doesn't work (but you knew that) and it won't......

Get a unit and use that units transmitters.... It'll work every time!

I am using the Viper 791 trasmitter to try to unlock and lock it. IT works normally. but never works when its remote started!

which wires did you use for the lock and unlock wires.???

lock=blue
unlock-pink
located in the kick panel

they door locks work great when the car is just at sit...the problem occurs when it is remote started.
