Installed the alarm with out remote start in the prelude. Everything works fine but when unlocking, the remote shows all the sensors lighting up.  Its as if starting the car doesnt reset the brain.....  so if the sensor goes off, when i unlock the car the sensors light up, after i start the car and turn it off, open the door and get out of the car and close the door, turn on the alarm...... everything seems to be normal until i press unlock on the alarm, the sensors that lit up before are stil showing.   i double checked my wiring and cant seem to find out whats wrong. maybe its the brain but not sure.   Do i need to install the tach wire on the alarm? Im thinking its for remote start so i dont need it, but maybe the alarm needs an input to tell that the car is started.   Any help would be great. Thanks.

There is a long ribbon that is used for the remote start....out of that ribbon you must connect the yellow wire to an ign wire and it will reset everytime you turn on the car.
