A friend asked me to install a kill switch on his truck. This engine has individual coils for each spark plug, so I'm lost here. I dont have the electrical wiring schematic for this truck.  Anybody can help me on how to wire it?  I need to kill the ignition, not the starter.

The blue 16ga wire in the ignition harness is your primary ignition feed in that truck. You can put your kill circuit on that wire. Keep in mind that most people do not do ignition kill circuits, because of the obvious safety concerns. Relays rarely go bad, but if one does go bad it's safer to not be able to start the truck rather than have it die while on the highway.

What I have done for a few friends that did not want complete systems and bought the Dodge's that had the black key (no transponders) is used a starter kill circuit activated by the cigarette lighter. Disconnect the power lead to the lighter, connect the center lead from the lighter to a relay pin 85. Pin 86 and 30 to starter wire key side, pin 87 to starter wire starter side. If the lighter is not pushed in the truck will not start. Take the lighter out of the truck and it can not be started. There are several down sides to this, like...you lose that one power outlet, losing the lighter puts you in a jam, and it is just plain ghetto. But it works, and costs very little.

You can follow the diagrams shown here and just use the ignition wire in place of the starter wire.
