About to install a remote start/keyless, and would like to use the arm/disarm outputs on the remote start to work with the factory alarm...any input on this?

Are you sure it has a factory alarm? I have done a few of the full size Ford trucks and have yet to see one with an alarm. To check, with the driver's door open roll down the driver's window, press lock on the door panel and close the door. Wait 2 minutes then reach in through the window and open the door using the inside handle. If your alarm goes off then you know you have one, unlock the door with a key to disarm the alarm or press unlock on the remote. If it does not sound the horn you do not have a factory alarm. Yes you have a panic button on the remote but not a content anti-theft system.
