What does the brain look like? Is it square, or rectangle?

Is there an exact model #, or part #

This unit is OLD. You WILL have a massive headache while even attempting to install this thing.....particularly on a manual trans.

If you are missing harnesses....give up. You can only get them from an authorized dealer. (or someone that has one and doesn't care)

This model used a series of laser beams mounted on the shifter itself. (don't know if they are acuall lkaser....but)  if the light gets out of whack with the receiver NO START.

Trust me man, please....get a new unit... After you see the install manual.  posted_image

depends on the car. Those older astros I  didn't really like them. I came into astro just as the design change took place. The newer units are cake to install by comparison.

If you feel like doing it.....do it. You can always yank it out. Did you get the install amnual I sent? Looks confusing, don't you think?
