Does anybody know where to find the wait-to-start wire on a 2001 volkswagon golf diesel? Directechs doesnt say anything and Astrochart isnt specific. thanks.

Can't you set the RS to diesel and give it about a  4second delay, I always used that method with diesels and intellistarts.

i tried to go with the delay option but im not that familiar compustart units and couldnt find the programming option in the manual. its a 2way fmr2900 or something close to that. im at home so i cant give u the exact model number. we usually only use viper unless a customer brings the product in. thanks, ill check it out

The glow plug signal is neg.  Connect the brown, on the CN3 to the blue green behind the cluster.
