Would it be compatible to take a SuperNova 2 brain and swap it with a Cyber 4 brain?

I have a civic si that is wired up with a supernova 2 alarm, I was wondering if anyone out there knew if I could pull out the brain and plug in a cyber 4 brain. Both seam to be 24 pin.
