1997 BMW M3-
Viper 5900 (same as 791xv mostly) Dual Zone Proximity Sensor Attached.  I have a system with a two way remote.  I checked online, searched this forum, and the manual, and I can't seem to find the answer.

Every time the proximity sensor send its "warn" siren, (few short beeps to let you know you are too close) it send a page to my alarm remote.  I want it to only send that page if the alarm actually goes off.  I personally don't like proximity sensors, but is necessary in my situation, but every time someone with base or exhaust goes off, it pages the alarm, and its getting really annoying.  I only want it to page me if the alarm actually starts going off.  Is this possible on this alarm?

Thanks in advance!

Steve

the only way it is possible is if you disconnect the warn away from the prox. other than that it will page you just like it was the shock sensor going off.

Is that a particular wire on the prox sensor? if so, what color.  If I do that, wont it stop the warn away completely? like the siren on the car wont warn either?
