O. K. all you Ultra Start installers... What is the difference in the extended range model and the standard 1270 TL??? Is it just in the transmitters??? And also is the 1270 and 1175 the same control box??? Thanks for all your help....

the 1270 has 1200' of range and is bullet proof.  the higher you go in models the longer range and extra outputs.  the 1175 is a add on starter dosent have the range extra features. my basic unit is the 1270 and everyone loves them...

the 1175 and 1270 are the same units and you can program a 4 button remote to an 1175 and vice versa... the xr series, the remotes are the difference, the xr's use a double stack 2025 battery for more range, power from remote
