Got a 04 Chevy Trailblazer 4.2L I6
and I'm trying to install the DEI 561T

I've got everything layed out, and I know which wire will go where except for the Neutral Saftey Switch input off my controller

H2/1 BLACK/ WHITE neutral safety switch input
Connect this wire to the toggle (override) switch as shown in Figure A. Connect the other wire from the toggle switch
to the PARK/NEUTRAL switch in the vehicle. This wire will test with ground with the gear selector either in PARK or
NEUTRAL. This will prevent the vehicle from accidentally being started while in a drive gear. This input MUST rest at ground
in order for the remote start system to operate. Connected properly the vehicle will only start while in PARK or NEUTRAL.

I haven't found a wire diagram that tells me where its located.
Where would I find it in my car?

One more thing, my defogger is ran off my bypass module/diagnostic (purple) wire correct?

Just hook the other side of the toggle to ground. Your 04 Chevy can not start in gear. That wire is provided for vehicles that could remote start in gear.
