installed 750LCD 2001 silverado using Tan and

*2 Use tan for the drivers door located in pin B4 of the purple plug, and for the passenger door it will be a orange in pin B2 in the purple plug or dk.blue/white in pin B11 of the lt.blue plug, must diode isolate these wires

During install owner had pulled driver dor switch connector out. I connected both diode iso. connected domelight output to one of the door wires and tested the pass door. Opening it the alarm went off and the dome did come on.
Now owner reconnected switch and neither door trips the alarm or turns on the dome light. However my domelight output from the alarm is still working.

Anybody run into this. RAP shut down the door switches?
