This alarm is in my 87 supra, and I love it...The problem is the battery drained down while being armed. I swapped batteries and now the car won't start. I'm guessing it has something to do w/ the starter kill....I've tried switching the igntion back and forth 5 times then pressing the arm/disarm button to no result but, valet mode. I was told to take out the relay on the starter wire, couldn't find it becuase they really tucked everything under the dash and it's on a busy street making it diffucult to have the door wide open. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Maybe it's something completely different, I would just like to rule out the compustar first and go from there. Oh, and the tabs are expired and I got a ticket :(  WILL BE TOWED SOON!)

Was the new battery you swapped out properly charged?

Just because a battery is new to you doesn't mean it has not been sitting on he shelf for a year..
