I installed a rs on my wifes 05 Rav4 and when I use the factory remote to lock the doors and then remote start it, the factory keyless will not unlock the doors. If I stop the rs, the keyless works fine. What could be the problem ? No transponder or anything on this vehicle.

Some oem keyless shut off with ignition. You will need to hook lock and unlock off of remote starter unit.
Power Unlock BLUE / YELLOW OR BLUE/WHITE (-) DRIVERS KICK PANEL 14 PIN PLUG OR AT PASS SIDE ECU - USE A DOUBLE PULSE TO UNLOCK ALL DOORS.
Power Lock BLUE/ORANGE OR BLUE (-) DRIVERS KICK PANEL 14 PIN PLUG OR AT PASS SIDE ECU
Child Safety Wire BLUE/RED (-) DRIVERS KICK PANEL 14 PIN PLUG OR AT PASS SIDE ECU - THIS WIRE IS THE LOCK DETECTION WIRE AND MUST BE CONNECTED TO UNLOCK WIRE USING 2 DIODES TO ISOLATE
ECU LOCATED BEHIND GLOVE BOX
------------- The wire I'm test'n isn't doin' what it's supposed to be doin'... I am so glad I printed that tech sheet, with the wrong info.
Do it right the first time... or I might have to fix it for ya

Can u lock / unlock the doors with the remote when the crv is running with the key ? If it does, just connect the key sense blue/red (-) with the (-) status output from ur rs.

There is on problem..... the factory keyless on Toyota's as well as most Honda's, does not work when remote started. Your best solution is to use a unit that has keyless. You won't use the factroy transmitter.

Yeah, definitely wasn't a good idea to put a remote-start-only unit in a Toyota.
You have very limited options:
1. Live with it, and open the door with the key.
2. Remove what you have, and replace it with a unit that has keyless. If you buy the same brand, most of the plugs should be the same.
3. Don't lock the car.
4. Use the remote starter's "factory alarm disarm" output to unlock the car every time the remote starter is used.

Unit has factory alarm disarm. Just hook that wire to the lock/unlock wire in the car?

It is a Ready Remote 23926. I know it's not the best, but not the worst either.

I just started it with the key and tried to lock/unlock the doors with the factory remote and it did not work.

Ok, I rest my case. The guys are right. You definitely need a rs with lock / unlock outputs. There is no other way.
