What is the make and model of your remote start unit? Most have extra low current negative outputs for just this purpose.

From the wiring diagram listed here your system does not offer negative outputs for additional circuits. You might not need both accessory wires powered during remote start. To check to see if you need it is simple, wire up the entire system powering both starter wires, the ignition wire, and the first accessory wire. Once all of your connections have been made remote start the truck and see if your blower motor and your A/C compressor kick on by using the climate control switch. If they do not turn on then you may need to hook up the second accessory, if you do need it disconnect the accessory wire from your remote start and using two relays wire it like:

Relay 1:

Pin 30: Fused +12V supply
Pin 86: Ground
Pin 85: Positive Accessory output from RS unit
Pin 87: Accessory 1 wire in vehicle

Relay 2:

Pin 30: Fused +12V supply
Pin 86: Ground
Pin 85: Positive Accessory output from RS unit
Pin 87: Accessory 2 wire in vehicle

If I remember correctly you do not need 2 accessories in the 01 Pathfinder.

The starter wires are isolated from the vehicle manufacturer for a reason, do not tie them together.

I BELIEVE (?) one of those starter wires works as a fuel primer. Why not piggyback two relays, one from the ign feed  and one from the starter outputs on the autostart, I've done that with a Nissan SUV.

One of the accessory wires is just for the radio; you don't need it for remote start.

Just power up the accessory wire that shows power in the Run position, and skip the wire that shows power in the Accessory and Run positions.
