DEI's website says all of their alarms are dual car capable, but is the new 790XV capable of controling 2 cars from one remote individually? The installer programed them for 2 cars, but when I armed one it armed them both and and disarmed both, etc.
I was thinking that maybe I could program the middle panic and aux combo to control the arm/disarm/panic for the other car of each remote. Does anyone know if this will work and if so how will it affect the information that the remote recieves from the alarm? (i.e will it recieve messages from both cars or just one?)

Yes it will control the alarm, but it probablly will only display on the reciever for only one car.
