Hello, I'm having some trouble with my Clifford alarm, I just drove my car home, and went to activate the alarm, but nothing happend. I tried using the spare remote but still nothing happend. The alarm has armed itself automatically, and I can't open the doors without the alarm going off, I also can't start the car.
I have absolutely no idea what I can do! Has anyone had similar problems, or can recomend something I can try?
Thanks, Chris.

Is the LED flashing? Do you know your Valet or pin no.? Do you have a car key? If so good now RTFM

PS That will teach you to leave it in passive arming mode.

It's working again now
I've not had the car long, so i'm not too familiar with the alarm, is there a way I can turn off the feature which automatically arms the alarm after 10 seconds?

It's 60 seconds actually. Again RTFM and turn to the section on user programming, turn OFF the passive arming! Any installer who is stupid enough to leave an alarm in passive arm mode should either be killed or worse made to live with it.
