After going over to american radio here in N GA I was able to attain a 133.6db @ around 52hz with a single 8" MM polk, on a term-lab mic. Now that I have surpassed the challenged db I waggered with a co-worker he now owes me a sandwich. I just built my own ported box since Polk offers no specs for its MM line. I think  it goes to show that the box makes the difference.
