I have boxes full of of what i believe are nema wires and IBM surge protectors...
I am a General contractor and the Company that i was working at is remodeling the place and they gave me boxes full of these wires,they are new, maybe some one in here can chime in and let me know what they are.

Geez - it looks like a 9306-rtp pdu to me.

I have no idea though - I have never seen one until your pic.
But google seems to know a lot about it.

That cable may be .25$/lb. at recycling yard if you cut the plugs off.

It is exactly what is says, a rack mount PDU.

Open one up and see if there are any small parts that are thin, flat  and circular with 2 leads. If so these are probably MOVs which would clamp in at some voltage for lightening protection.

You could change the wiring harness and use them at home it if suits you, or sell the whole box of them on craigslist for small change.
