boom lift

Hi everyone, I know this is off topic, so I came to the off-topic thread, however it deals with a 4-wheeler so I was hoping someone might be able to answer my question:

I have an AB46RT Boom Lift that is about 10 years old that has a problem. I have an oil leak, and see that its coming from one of the wheels.    My question is twofold. a) What can be the reason of the oil leak, can it be a ruptured hydraulic pipe or a joint? ANd if yes, is it fixable by buying parts or is it something major?

It was working fine for the past 5 years I owned it, but this past winter, when it was 20 degrees below zero, i needed to use it and it wasnt moving. As i kept shifting it front/reverse to attempt to move it, it starting moving, and from that time, I noticed this oil leak.

Also whats the best way to reach the end of the hydraulic pipe, from inside the motor cabin or by removing the wheel and getting there from outside the vehicle? I have tried to look at the defect from inside the motor cabin but there is a "wheel-well" kind of spot where the pipe goes, so its difficult to see anything. I removed the wheel, but there is a metal cover. I am hesitating whether I shuold go deeper into this or stop if I am makign a mistake.

I know this is a question that most wont be able to help, but am hopiong someone out there might know.    Thanks in advance!
