Rumor has it that today is Howie's 50th birthday.   But I may be off by a decade or so.  So however old you may be, HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Many thanks, I've gained 20lbs, 6" on my waistline and lost 32 in height, wish I was 34 again.

I sincerely hope that Kevin is using the UK vernacular of "old man" rather than its age related use, ah long live irony but thanks anyway.
Another cigarette, another doughnut, be still my failing heart.
Sorry age related morbid sense of humour, the heart's fine except when my bloody soccer team were playing in Germany on Tuesday, 2-0 up to draw 2-2, ouch.
