This is the second time i have bought from them, i like their low competitive prices. But their aftersales service sucks big time.
i have bought about 4-5 items plus 2 free stuffs when used with a coupon.
After i paid, i received an email saying that an item i ordered is discontinued and out of stock and i did not get a refund on it.
Some of the items i bought and the free stuffs was not in the package, and the domelight bulbs i got was the wrong size THROUGH their recommendation.
So the first email i waited for 7 days, and subsequently each email take 2-3 days, and now i have not heard from them for over 9 days.
And they are not cooperative, i have given them some copies of emails and i asked them to read our correspondences to know what is happening, but they donot read our emails at all, they keep asking the same question and only pinpoint 1 problem through all 3 email they send to me.
So i told them i donot care about any of the missing items, just refund me whatever they owe me but they avoid the subject totally.
If anyone personally know them who can help me, i would appreciate it. Thanks.
I spoke to a friend of mine in AZ this morning, and he had a similar problem about a month ago. They evejtually sent him the product, but tried to charge him a 20% "searching" fee because they didn't have the advertised product in their warehouse so they had to buy it from somewhere else. I encouraged him to contact the closest chapter of the BBB. I encourage you to do the same. I can find the email address of the BBB in that area for you if need be. Let me know.
