I have not used them but you may want to do some reseaerch on the better business bereau site and see what kind of report the company gets.

as per bbb, they seem to have had a few complaints but they were all resolved. I don't need anything else now but I might give them a try. Did you or anyone else get anything from them yet and had good/bad experience?
