i have a pioneer head unit , two 12" performance teknique subs and two amps. my problem is altinator wine. when i play a cd the noise is gone, its when i turn on the radio the noise appears. and i noticed the radio gives off a loud thump when i change radio stations. their is no thump when i turn the car or radio on or off. it seems to be the radio signal more then anything. i tried new rca's and nothing. any help or good sites would be great. thanks in advanced.

I would guess that its a problem with the antenna in he car. Try disconnecting the antenna and just stick like an allen key or a small screw driver or somthing metal in the small hole in the center of the anntena plug on the deck. Now with the deck out of the dash try to tune in your radio. If the noise is gone then you know its a problem with the antenna in the car, if not then it could be a bad ground on the deck.
