I am by no means a professional installer (I install remote-starts and alarms on the side. (I work at a Lexus dealer as a technician). But when I saw these installs, I had to laugh. :D

It's a sad world we live in.  It makes you wonder if it's lack of money or common sense or both.

Tim Ballie's shop always get the high class clients. If only we could all be this lucky. Geeeeeezzzzzzzzzz. Some people should just be taken out back and shot. Or at least sterilized so as to prevent breeding.

The most disturbing one was the 'crowd' of people checking out the messy wires......that's creepy!

The sad part is...some of that stuff isn't too unusual in pro shops. The place I worked at had some real idiot installers and even if you were a good installer, they expected you to do everything fast. I've hooked up a couple of alarms with full length wires and ziptied it all up under the dash.....'never to be seen again'   It worked and funtioned properly, but I didn't take a second to make it look pretty. The fact that my previous paychecks were short by about $100 each time didn't help the situation either.....

I can honestly say I have never been in a big enough hurry that I couldnt cut the wires to lenghth and make it look nice. If you see my installs on allarms and staters then you will see every wire taped full length so it blends in and everything is zip tied up. Now the last guy that worked there, well thats a whole new conversation
