i want to weld a bracket in the truck for some amps and sub boxes now my only question is will i fry the elctronics in the car, should i unhook the battery,,
i dont think i can do anything to it i just wantto make sure

Disconnect the negative battery terminal, and you should be fine.

i dont have to worry about anything else right??
anything i should look for or prep before i start welding. i neve rwelded on a car usually like little racks or brackts that were srewed in but thisis the firs time in the car itsself so any suggestions would be great and should eas the sweat level alittle

why weld when you can drill small holes and use self tappers [screws] cos i find anything welded never lasts it just corrodes and rust like f... hope this helps
