Apologies in advance since this is sort of off topic, but it does have something to deal with car electronics.

I have an '88 Celica with the 3S-FE motor. I just rebuilt the motor, finished reinstalling everything. The engine will crank, but it won't start. It doesn't seem to be getting spark, and the fuel pump is not running. The coil, cap, and wires are new, and the fuel pump worked fine before I took the motor out. As far as I can figure, something isn't working right in the computer control system. If anyone has any input, I will be forever indebted. Wiring diagrams and familiarity with toyotas are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Is the primary ignition getting power to it ? If there is no power to the primary ignition the computer will not engage the fuel pump.
