Hey what's up everybody, I'm a newbie to posting here, just not a newbie to reading here lol ( yea I know doesn't make any sense!).  Ok so here goes my question, has anyone ever purchased any DVDs from www.caraudiohelp.com? I'm thinking about buying their Fiberglass fabrication 2 DVD set.  I just want to make sure its ligit.  I think I'm just judging because of how their site looks. I'm not trying to flame, it's just that you know, you can't be too sure over the internet! Thanks a lot to anyone willing to answer this!  Happy days!

Hello,
We're legit and have been selling DVDs for a few years now. We also have a full year satisfaction guarantee so we stand behind what we sell. Glad to see your interest.

You mentioned above:

"I think I'm just judging because of how their site looks."

Does this mean we need a redesign? We'd hate to be turning people off because of the way the site looks. Any suggestions for improvements will be welcomed.

Thanks,
CarAudioHelp.com (Audio Publishers Group)

Hi Damen,
I didn't realize my PM box was full. I've emptied it out so that shouldn't be a problem now.

I wouldn't recommend sending cash through the mail (the post office doesn't recommend it either). Definitely send a check or money order. Then if the mail is lost/stolen you won't have lost anything. You can get money orders just about anywhere. I usually get them at the post office or even at Wal-Mart/grocery stores.

Our DVDs, especially the first one in the series, were created for those with zero to low experience in fiberglass (it really helps to have some experience before tackling the projects in the second DVD). Each video starts off with the tools and materials that are used in the projects followed by a brief discussion about fiberglass in general. Then each project is tackled in a step by step manner until completion.

I'm glad to see you're going to invest in a plunge router and circle jig. It breaks my heart to see guys doing fiberglass work using a jig saw. Harbor Freight sells plunge routers for $50-60 and they are such a good investment. Circle jigs are $33 at Amazon. Well worth the money.

Thanks for letting me know the page you were referring to was not on our site. I thought our pages looked pretty good but I'm a little too close to not be biased.

Thanks

hey thanks a lot.

let me just tell you my plans, im going to be buying new 2 12" subs probably infintys. then i was going to fiberglass an enclosure for them like a regular FG enclosure like everyone else does, and then i was going to make a mold out of the side of the trunk on each sides and fit in 10"s in there i think in the end result it should be pretty nice........i think ill either get a check or money order and buy both the fab 1 and fab 2 dvds for 67 dollars im sure itll be well worth the investment...thanks alot for all of your help....
