I have a Mazda B2200, and I want to make it a walkthrough from the cab, to the box with the canopy covering it. Basically, I have no idea where to start. I dont wanna just start hacking apart my cab, for obvious reasons. Does anyone have any good links or other forums that may help?

Your gonna have to be mighty short.. Heh.. You'll have to box the frame a bit and before you start cutting, add some steel to renforce the roofline and the floor,, then build sort of a roll cage around the front of the box... p/u frames flex a ton but there isn't a ton of structure to the bodies themselves... Try to get a good plan together first...

Well, do you mean a "blow-through" or something to let the sound into the cab?

Ya something to let the sound through. I trashed the idea of making it a full walk through..there's no point. But ya, something to let the bass come in nice and clear.

If your ruling out the walk through, Then just go with a full cap, remove the rear window, and seal the cap to the cab.   I have seen quite a few vehicles done like this I think it is probably thr easiest way to go

I (used) to have a truck with a walkthrough...  1988 nissan.  The camper cracked twice and then the cab cracked.... I partially rewelded the cab but without a roll cage....It still flexed.  I parked it.....  If I were to have one I would cut a square hole in the cab and use the accordian rubber boot..It is sold where they sell campers.. And I would get a flush bed cap.. Keep all the sound in as small an area you can for harder bass.....
