I need to custom fit some Fog Lights in my bumper. I would like to know what tool I should use to cut the bumper. I drive a Scion tC....

if the fog lights are round you can see if you can get an appropriatly sized hole saw, that would make life easy.

they are not round. I searched for a dremel and would like to know if this would get the job done...........

Yeah but it will be a bit messy... I would start with a hole saw and the use a body saw (mini sawzall) to get the shape of your cutout.. Dremmels tend to not have enuf power to get through the urathane bumper.. the snap on air rotary tool works slick too...

You may also want to check out those Roto-Zip tools, they are pretty good, many companies make them now, matter of fact, I believe Sears has one now, Roto-Zip was the original manufacturer, It's really nothing more than a high speed drill. It'll cut your valence pretty clean, but be sure you have a steady hand, or have someone with a steady hand to cut it.
