I have an Ungo RS151 remote starter/keyless entry installed in my 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup. I would like to have it chirp when locking or unlocking the doors. It has a wire for the horn honk function(not hooked up) Would all  I need is a SPDT relay and a small speaker(piezo?).

Hook up a siren with a relay to the light flash wire, not the horn honk. This will give you what you wanted above in your post.

Thanks for the information. Would you happen to know where I could get a schematic showing the proper wiring for the relay and siren?  thanks again.

Hook up a 30/40 amp 5 pin relay in this configuration:

  • 86 : GROUND
  • 87 : Constant 12 volts (FUSED)
  • 85 : WHITE wire from RS151 ( light flash wire )
  • 30 : (+) wire side of siren. ( Ground the other siren wire to chassis )
  • 87a: NOT USED
