Hello Everyone:

Back in the early 90's I owned and operated two car audio stores, but for the past several years I have been working as an electrical design engineer in another industry. Well, the urge has begun again too get back into the business since the area which I live is growing very quickly and there is no shop with 40 miles.

My question for this post is: I'm looking for a point of sale software that is designed specifically for the car audio industry. When I had my previous stores, there was a POS application on the market that contained a detailed database of wiring colors, codes and schematics, but for the love of god, I can't remember the company's name.

If anyone knows the name of this company or any other company that has an excellent point of sales software for a car audio retail location, please provide me that information.

Regards

I think you might be looking for Sound Solutions Corp https://www.sndsol.com they made POS software for car audio stores,
problem is there website is down, so I dont know if there out of business or what

You could always use a POS like QuickPos from quickbooks, it allows customizations and then you could download Directwire from Directed and use that.. its a nice wiring database

Good Luck
