Question for Dyohn, Velosity and some of the other long time members and supporters of this sight. Most of the time we recommend authorized independent dealers as the place to go to get the best sales and service. I understand the sight needs revenue, but I just got off the Buy and Sell forum and the ad on top was advertising JL Audio at 90% off. Obviously a bait and switch Gray Market retailer. Can't we keep that type of ads out of here or does anybody with money buy ads?

tcss, most of the ads running on this site are served by a third party and are not direct advertisers with this site.

Yes, this site needs the revenue to offset it's monthly expenses which I continue to cover month after month.

What's the URL of the site you are referring to? Did you confirm that they are a "Gray Market retailer"? 

BTW, if you have a relevant site and enough money, you too can buy ads ;)
