None of my window will go down by pressing any of the switches in the vehicle. It is NOT the fuse, all windows are getting +12v to the motor in the up and down position. It is hard to beleive all the motors are bad but I have no other ideas any ideas will help?

Check the ground.

where would be a central ground for all 4 window motors

Possibly the drivers kick panel. I would have to check my wiring diagrams and wouldn't be able to do it until tomorrow. You should be able to see if that is the problem by using a dmm to see if both wires at the motor are +12v when you push up or down. IF they are both +12v when you press up or down, the ground is either no good or the switch could also be no good.

going to the switch there is 12V and then coming out of the switch there is 12V. There are 2 seperate wires 1 for up and 1 for down. when you hit up 1 of those wires has 12v when you hit down the other has 12V like it supose to but no motors turn.

does you have ground or -12 volts at the switch at rest and does it stay on the opposite side of the switch you push

What I want you to do is go to the motor. There will be 2 wires going to the motor. Press up or down doesn't matter. One wire should be + and the other -. Check to see if this is the case. IF they are both + then there is a bad ground.

yes 1 wire does have +12VDC and the other is ground when the switch is placed up or down. The wires switch to which one is 12VDC and ground when you push the switch the opposite way
