I am looking for information to make a switch that when pushed will turn a constant 12 volt stream into a burst.  So instead of hitting a button for one second, i can hit the button and mabey 10-30 pulses per second of electricity to to the device.  I want to make a 'slow' switch for my air ride in my car, so to still ahve the typical switches, but to have one 'slow down' switch.

Is there something I can buy to do this, or is there someone who can tell me how to make one?

THanks

even a way to hook up an adjustable strobe with out the light to the switch so it would then pulse the power?

Not likely going to work. A relay gives out sooner then 10hz, and you would have to use a relay for the current the valves take. A better alternative would be to find a way to partially interrupt the airflow in the feed line going to the valves.
