All I got was a Levi denim jacket, but the look on my 5 year old sons face and the things he said was more than I needed. "I must have been a real good boy 'cause santa loaded me up" was probably my favorite line I heard him say.

We don't really celebrate christmas at our house, but since prices really come down during the shopping season I bought myself a new McIntosh MCC204 amplifier and a bottle of 18-year-old Glenlivet.  posted_image

Sweet!  A nice image to go with your nice sounding speaker system!  Do you have the urge to upgrade yet?  posted_image

Ha ha, you betcha.  I also got a new Onkyo receiver (entry level but it's good) so I'm up to date with the new sound formats.  Now I want to build another pair of back rear speakers to make the 7.1 grade.  The dipole rears actually perform really well with 5.1, so I'm happy with them.  I think I'll make the back rears just simple little two-ways that will match the front face of the dipoles...and I probably don't need them but you know how that goes...;)

From my dad (thanks dad, no really), he came late on the 26th and gave me the flu. Now 2 days before my police interview and I feel like bat barf.

Jeff, what does someone who lives on the flatland need a board for? Run around behind the skidoo do you. FYI, here is the other side of my business that my other half owns if you are interested. Westjet conveniently flies right here and of course Rob's custom valet service is at your disposal.

Instead of buying each other gifts, the wife and I decided to get a new digital camera. Ended up getting it the day before we went to the hospital to have our baby girl on the 14th of December, which is of course a better present then anything we could have bought.

Camera is a Canon PowerShot SD500, I also bought a 1 gig SD card for it and an extra battery.
