i heard from someone that illinois made a law saying that you cant modify your exhaust system on your car in illinois, anybody know if this is true? ive read elsewhere that the bill to make this a law was canceled.

the best to find out about an local and/or state law is contact your lawyer, police, or some means that know the law. hearign new or change laws by word of mouth can be complety different.
