Can anybody inform me as to how I can make a working model of a hydraulic braking system. What parts I would need to accomplish this project and perhaps draw an outline plan of how it would look on completion. I m a student and my tutor does not teach us anythink? Thanks, I m hoping one of you guys will be able to help.

That all depends on your budget... Its a real simple system, Go to your library and get a book on VW dune buggies, they had a side to side braking system that was really cool for locking up one rear wheel on each sideto make quick turns. I forget what they call them but VW trends magazine was always pretty good for having that kind of info in it. It could also be done with old car parts from a junkyard. or a motorcyle brake setup would work nice too.. even cheaper yeat an old ford slave cylender set up from a pickup (early 80's) they were relativly low pressure system that would assist in diengaing the clutch.. Let me know, I'd be glad to help..

FG Models for Germany makes scale hydraulic master cylnders and calipers for 1/5 scale R/C cars, but not cheap.
