First of all, you'll need AlternaTIFF to view the US Patent Office images. Follow that link to install, (it'll only take a few seconds to install...) then, check out this little bottle of snake-oil! I thought I'd seen it all!

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

My Quck Time apparently had no problem opening the files.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

these people have incorporated some into their speaker systems..

https://www.ontrackaudio.com/directorate.html

now, the inventor (from the OP link)  is only claiming

"The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a electrical signal phase compensator which does not use an active circuit, a capacitor, or an inductor to correct phase differences between high and low frequencies"

I don't know for sure the automotive audio applications of this, but they do seem to be presently available in various forms.. I don't know about without using an active circuit, cap or inductor though.
